First, a housing update... we've started moving our furniture back in! It's really great. We're basically done with everyone, except a few odds and ends, so we decided to start moving back into our house.
Last week I was in Arizona for a freakin' sweet camping trip. Whilst in the AZ I, of course, absorbed all the Suns love I possibly could. I felt right at home with purple and orange surrounding me.

This is the boy I went to Arizona with and here we are at a Diamondbacks game. The game lasted 14 innings! And, yes, we stayed the whole time. When we left the park at 11:35 pm it was 113 degrees outside. Thank you, Arizona, for making me sweat... A LOT.

Here's a view of the game. Epic.

I can't believe this summer is almost over! It has been a really, really good one and I'm definitely not looking forward to starting school again.

Last week was wonderful... definitely journal-worthy. Wonderfulness was due, in large part, to the people in the picture to the left. I love my family and all the fun we have together so much. We had a reunion down in Sunriver, Oregon, which proved to be quite entertaining. We biked, hiked, put together a puzle, swam, ate, slept, ate again, played video games, took pictures, played a few games, walked, did some more biking, watched movies, played frisbee and then probably ate again.
The following photos take place between June 27 and July 1.

(end-of-the-evening crowd surfing)
(hiking... check out the faces of the small children)(hiking on some sort of volcano... with snow... in july)
(cutest child you'll ever meet)
(we ventured into a cave with only two flashlights and four cell phones)
(my loving grandfather enjoys sleeping quite a bit)
(we're on a tandem bike)
(movie night!)
(dear kelsey, you are a dancer)
(my grandma did NOT want to be on that tandem bike)
(balloon game)
(muscles on top of the couch cushion fort)

HELOOOOO SUMMER :)

Sunday, July 4, 2010

Check it out, check it out, check it out! The only thing missing in the kitchen is the tile on the walls, the nobs on the cupboards and the food that goes in the pantry. We're having the final seal on the floors done this weekend so now it's just time to focus on the living room where we're putting in some shelves and cupboards around the fireplace. It's still EXTREMELY crazy in our house but it's getting better.

Also, happy fourth of July :) I love fireworks more than anything else.

Look for pictures soon from our family reunion in Sunriver, trip around Portland and rodeo extravaganza....
