I LOVE the office and this last Thursday's episode is definitely in my top 10 of favorite episodes! I laughed so hard and had to watch it again the next day so I could hear all the lines. It was JUST as funny the second time... for sure!

BYU likely out of the BCS race

FORT WORTH, Texas -- As chants of "overrated" rang out through the stands of Amon G. Carter Stadium, No. 9 BYU could only hang its head and quietly jog off the field in an overwhelming cloud of disappointment.

The Cougars had thoroughly been beaten, 32-7, by TCU, a team that admitted earlier in the week that defeating BYU had been on its mind since last January.

FORT WORTH, Texas -- BYU will need a small miracle to reach the BCS. And maybe even just to win the Mountain West Conference. With an ironic twist of revenge, and a smothering defense, TCU made sure of that.

It was a sad day in Provo yesterday and, as you can see, everyone had something to say about it. I think it was especially hard to see the team lose so bad because we had been built up for so long! Freakin #9! Undefeated in the conference. BCS on the horizon..... And now it's all gone. I'm not defeated as an avid fan of my BYU cougars but I'm just sad.

On a MUCH happier note, the North Carolina Tar Heels' first home game is NOVEMBER 15th!!! Let the countdown begin. What's not to love about the face of the player of the year?

Public Relations:
1. the actions of a corporation, store, government, individual, etc., in promoting goodwill between itself and the public, community, employees, customers, etc.
2. The art or science of establishing and promoting a favorable relationship with the public.
3. The methods and activities employed to establish and promote a favorable relationship with the public.

That's me. I have officially been accepted into the Communications: Public Relations major at BYU! I'm so excited! Mainly, it's just nice to not have to worry about it anymore. It's like a little piece of my future has finally decided to fall into place for me :)

Also, it's birthday week. I know someone who has a birthday everyday this week starting Monday with my friend Connor and ending on Sunday which is mine and Lindsey's! Happy birthday to all. Zac Efron's is on Saturday.

Do you know what the hardest thing is about having this blog? Thinking of things to write. I LOVE to read everyone else's, comment on posts and such but then I realize I haven't updated mine in a few weeks so I probably should write something. But what?

Nothing major really ever happens in my life so I think about the smaller things and I think of something to write but then I remember this is public and I just don't want to share that much intimate information about myself.

So then I think, "Well I could write something about politics. Everyone else is." Then I remember that I don't like McCain, Obama, Palin or Biden... so what would I write?

You see the struggle that goes into a new post? Maybe it's not this hard for some people. Usually I'm realy good at talking non-stop about whatever pops into my head but when it comes to writing it down where it will forever be visible for others to read I freeze. If everyone's going to read it, it's gotta be good. haha. But really only like 2 people read this so it doesn't matter.
I will just put up some pictures. A picture is worth 1,000 words, right? Works for me.

My roommate, Melissa, is on the BYU volleyball team! I've learned to actually like the sport and I never thought I would.

Melissa and I before we went to Blade's birthday party

Me and Lindsey matched! Totally on accident, I swear.
