Last weekend, I went home with my sisters, Casi's husband-to-be and Casi's roommate. Kelsey's dance team was going to be competing at state so we decided to make the drive back to see her perform. Since being at college, I desire more than ever to watch Kelsey dance and watch Stephanie play basketball. They are both so good! And I miss watching them. So we drove back on Thursday night and got home around 4 a.m. on Friday. Kelsey performed on Saturday and then we left Sunday around 3 and got to Provo again at about 4 a.m. on Monday. haha. SUCH a long weekend but it was worth it to see my family. Here's a few cute pics of Kelsey's super intense costume and the cool shirts we made for her!

I went to Las Vegas again last weekend for the Mountain West conference tournament as a reporter. Paid vacation? YES. Thank you BYU. The girls team had a chance to go but didn't make it past the first round so they got out before I even got down there to watch. Fortunately, my editor said I could still come and do some sidebar writing for the men's team :) Literal heaven for me. I just wish our boys had made it farther. They beat Air Force but then couldn't get past San Diego. Still, it was SO nice to be in Vegas and relax in the sun. We went to the strip a few times even. This is Stephanie and I. She's the photographer that came down with us to get some sweet pics :)

Little joys in life come in all shapes and forms. This week, for me, it has come in the form of a YouTube video. Go here: LOVE. I watch it almost once a day and laugh every time. Mostly because I miss my dog but also, simply, it's funny. No more explanation is needed. Watch it. Love it. BYEEE

Ok, I've decided to blog about my obsession and the dream that accompanied it. Completely PG... don't worry.
Picture this: Me in Provo (easy enough) just finding out that UNC is coming to play in the Marriott Center (harder, because it will NEVER happen). Anyway, so I'm totally stoked and to top it off, Tyler somehow got my phone number and called me . It must've been an angel that gave it to me... lets be honest. So we hung out after the game and fell in love obviously. He then told me he'd get me tickets for all the games that UNC was playing in for the NCAA tournament so I was able to go to each one and see them win (again, obviously). Then, after they won the tournament, we hung out in Detroit and decided to get married. Of course I had to wake up before we did... stupid alarm clock... but we would have.
I hope he never reads this because then my chances for love would be COMPLETELY ruined. Also, if you don't appreciate this insight into my life then I apologize.

Ok... if you have never participated in a flour fight, my friend, then you are missing out. Seriously. Just go buy a bag of flour, throw it on someone and you will understand the joy that comes from this sort of activity. Of course, it is more fun if the person you are attacking is wearing all black because then the white shows up more, but it is not necessary.
Anyway, this is a really fun activity and now that it's starting to get a little warmer (I hope I haven't spoken too soon) you can go play it outside! Do it.
Besides, who wouldn't want to look like this after an hour of unrestrained flour fighting? I don't even know.
